I help developers navigate both the technical and human sides of software engineering — speaking on accessibility, AI-assisted development, refactoring, and developer experience. I made a career pivot into software engineering after completing a full bachelor’s program in eight months while working full time. Since then, I’ve grown my career from my first role to my current position at GitHub, building software at scale while balancing career growth, conference speaking, writing, and mentorship. I co-host the Overcommitted podcast, write The Balanced Engineer newsletter, and speak regularly at conferences, helping engineers grow technical skills, advance their careers, and build sustainable long-term success. I care deeply about inclusion, accessibility, and helping more women see what’s possible for them in tech.
