Nick Kaffine

Nick Kaffine is a Lead Mobile Engineer focused on building and scaling mobile applications. He previously led mobile engineering efforts at Flexcar, including migrating native iOS and Android apps to React Native and evolving product architecture to support rapid iteration. His work sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, with a focus on making practical tradeoffs that balance developer velocity, user experience, and business impact. He is particularly interested in how those tradeoffs play out in real-world systems and how they shape the products teams ultimately build.
